Over the past several years, the Indian dinners donated by Ishinder Kaur have been one of our most popular events. This will be a quality, home cooked, mostly organic  Indian takeout dinner for 8 folks made from scratch. Dinner will include:

Daal: Squash soup, pink lentils and butternut squash blended in with roasted shallots, garlic, ginger and tomatoes 

Chicken Korma:   cubed chicken cooked in a nice blend of roasted tomatoes, garlic, ginger, coconut ,garam masala and more spices

5 spice potatoes: cubed potatoes cooked in turmeric and cumin, seasoned with panch puree  -

5 spice seeds: ( cumin, fennel, mustard, fenugreek and nigella )

Lemon rice:  Basmati rice and roasted veggies  with cashews, flavored with turmeric and lemon juice

Raita:  homemade yoghurt blended in with grated cucumber and cumin 

Cilantro chutney - Cilantro, roasted shallots, coconut and serrano peppers

Naan:  made at home from scratch
